Over the past decade, companies have considered workplace culture increasingly seriously. At the same time, major changes in the wider world – #MeToo, #BLM, an increasing focus on inclusion, ‘politics at work’, for example – have impacted workplace culture and driven change.
Cultures must evolve and adapt over time rather than stay fixed forever, even if their guiding principles remain the same. Thoughtful evolution and adaptation is almost always preferable to sudden and abrupt shifts as many companies have discovered to their cost.

Patrick is the CEO of ProfitWell (formerly Price Intelligently), the software for helping subscription companies with their monetization and retention strategies. He founded the business in 2012 and has bootstrapped it to serve over 8,000 SaaS businesses of all sizes with a team of 80 people spread across multiple locations.
Prior to ProfitWell, Patrick lead Strategic Initiatives for Boston based Gemvara and was an Economist at Google and the US Intelligence community.
