The relationship between CEO and product leaders can be fraught, partly because we often frame product/development issues very differently.
CEOs and CPOs/VPs of Product can have conflicting view of the business. What’s obvious to product managers isn’t necessarily obvious to CEOs. And vice versa.
In this workshop we’ll frame up a couple of difficult conversations, break off into role-playing pairs, then unpack what happened.
We won’t resolve complex challenges in an hour, but will better understand executive-level conflicts.
If you want to pre-read about difficult product conversations, give either of these posts a read to start…
You will learn some tools skills that will help manage the relationship between product and leadership teams.
