This research from Counterpoint estimates the share of profits from the ten most popular smartphones in 2017.

According to Counterpoint, the top ten devices account for over 90% of the profit in the industry. Just two iPhones, the iPhone X and iPhone 8 account for over 50% of the profit in the industry.
