Jeff was the Principal UI Designer at AOL and other Internet companies in another life before becoming a consultant, author (Lean UX, O’Reilly) and co-founder of events including Lean Day and Agile UX NYC.
He now works with companies of all sizes training them in Lean at scale, the intersection of agile and user experience and great team collaboration. He is writing a new book in collaboration with Joshua Seiden, Sense and Respond.
