We first met Dupsy at our Lean Startup event with Eric Ries where, not exactly backward about coming forward, she was first in line to pitch a question to Eric.
After graduating from Oxford University Dupsy worked as a barrister for a leading law firm before leaving to create Intern Avenue in late 2010. Intern Avenue connects students and graduates with paid internship opportunities. She’s passionate about promoting diversity, open access, and reducing youth unemployment. Dupsy’s work resulted in her inclusion on the Thomson Reuters Power List as one of Britain’s most influential black people under 40 and she is listed on the Silicon 60 top tech stars to watch. She has also pitched her business successfully on BBC’s Dragons’ Den.
