Every entrepreneur, leader or manager faces hard conversations at some point in their growth. This is particularly the case when your company has got to a point where you are planning for future growth and know it will be critical to keep the team aligned and focused.
Gareth and Mark discusses why having those conversations – with co-founders, co-workers, employees, employers, partners – are so difficult. More importantly, he will offer practical and actionable advice about how you can make the hard stuff easier and more productive. Equally applicable in times of growth or trouble, Gareth will encourage participants to share some of their current challenges and help them find a way to address them.
