This online course runs over two online sessions (one 2 hour and one 2.5 hour long) with a maximum number of 24 participants.
The sessions will incorporate case studies, and more importantly, the challenges you’re facing right now, in a discussion and exercises that mean you can apply the takeaways and output from this workshop directly to your work.
For those participants who want additional help, you can also book a private, one-to-one coaching with Chui Chui to be held at a time to be mutually agreed after the masterclass is over.

She helps companies understand their global audiences, define and develop business propositions that work in different markets. She wrote International User Research and speaks at international conferences and writes on International UX, Culturalisation and Global Strategy
