Join us for a photo walk tour of Cambridge on Sunday, 30 March at 3:30pm. It’s a fun, informal way to explore the city, meet fellow attendees, and get into the BoS spirit before registration opens at 6pm. Thanks to our supporter, Quiet Light.
Whether you’ve just wrapped up the walking tour or are arriving fresh in Cambridge, head to Churchill College to grab your badge and ease into BoS over drinks and nibbles. Pre-registration opens on Sunday, 30 March from 6-9:30pm at Churchill College, Cambridge. - Monday, 31 March – Drinks and Dinner
After a full day of insightful talks, unwind with drinks and dinner from 6-10pm at Churchill College Dining Room. No dress code – come as you are. - Tuesday, 1 April – BoS Shirt Day & Class Photo
It’s tradition. Wear your favorite BoS shirt (new or vintage) as we gather for a class photo of everyone. - Bring a Piece of Home for the Local Corner
Share a small token from where you’re from – think postcards, snacks, or souvenirs. Bring something to share with other attendees. Yes, alcohol is welcome. - We’re also doing a Book Swap
If there’s a book you’ve read and love to recommend (including books you’ve written), bring it along and exchange it for another great read.

Meet at the Porters' Lodge, Churchill. Join other attendees for a photo walk tour of Cambridge. Tour takes approximately 90 minutes and you will be back in time for pre-registration. Thanks to our supporter, Quiet Light.

The conference will take place at the Churchill College in Cambridge, UK.
Churchill College offer en suite rooms at the venue. We recommend the en-suite rooms in the Cowan Court building; these are much sought after so you’ll have to book fast!
