Balsamiq’s Peldi is a pretty phenomenal cook in his own right but when he made this delicious dish for us recently he told us that it was a recipe from his Grandmother who is the kind of Italian food genius who makes her own pasta every morning. Experts are often better at doing than teaching. It’s one reason that the best sales people are often not the best sales managers. ‘Sales naturals’ are rarely the best managers as they are great salespeople without having to think about why they are great sales people.
