You’ve got AI tools running. But you probably don’t have a system around them.
This four-week cohort, capped at 12 participants, is for founders who are ready to put a governing structure around their AI use. Over four weeks you’ll build a complete Agent OS for your company: strategy documents (RFCs) defining how your agents operate, one fully specified agent with a clear decision boundary, a Phase 1 mission your agent can execute, and a domain memory system that compounds over time.
Four weeks. One two-hour live session per week, starting at 11am UK time. Required prework each week. Total commitment: approximately 24–30 hours.
Cohort starts 20th May 2026. Maximum 12 participants. Price: $2,000 USD per participant.
