You’ve got AI tools running. But you probably don’t have a system around them.
Every session starts from scratch. Nothing compounds into knowledge about your business. The decisions that actually matter still route back to you. That’s not a tools problem — it’s an OS problem.
This four-week cohort, capped at 12 participants, is for founders who are ready to put a governing structure around their AI use. Over four weeks you’ll build a complete Agent OS for your company: strategy documents defining how your agents operate across your key business areas, one fully specified agent with a clear decision boundary, a Phase 1 mission your agent can execute, and a domain memory system that compounds over time.
Four weeks. One two-hour live session per week, starting at 11am UK time. Required prework each week. Total commitment: approximately 24 to 30 hours. If you do the work, you leave with something you can run on Monday.
