Elpie has experienced company growth at a significant scale at Cambridge companies ARM Holdings and Simprints.
At ARM Holdings, she started out as HR Manager Europe and during her 11 years there, the company grew from 740 to over 4,000 employees. She left in 2015 as Director of Organization Effectiveness to pursue a portfolio career as a business coach before being drawn back to full-time work at Simprints.
Simprints is a not-for-profit technology startup out of Cambridge University building biometrics for beneficiary identification in developing countries. The company has more than doubled in headcount in her first year.
