In a very real sense, your sales pipeline is the lifeblood of your company and the health of that pipeline is completely dependent on the health, motivation, skills, and knowledge of your salespeople. So while targets and commissions play and important part, to level up your sales game your team needs to also have the right attitude to chase opportunities down, to follow them up, and serve the client in the right in the right way.
