Try It

You’re watching other founders use this. You haven’t decided if it’s for you.

You’ve probably tried ChatGPT and been underwhelmed, overwhelmed, or both. You’re not sure this applies to your business, and you don’t want to commit publicly to something you might drop after a week.

How we solve it

Two sessions, one week apart. You leave session one with a working agent connected to your own systems. A week running it on your own work. Session two, you look at what happened and decide what’s next.

Session one starts with a short walkthrough of how the OS works and what an agent should and shouldn’t do. Then you build one, connected to your own existing systems, and it’s running before you leave the room. Homework for the week is using it and managing what it produces. Session two is a review, together, of what happened, followed by a decision on what comes next.

What you get

Two two-hour sessions, one week apart.

THURSDAY, 10 SEP

Build Your First Agent

A short OS walkthrough, then you build an agent connected to your own systems, live and running by the end.

BETWEEN SESSIONS

Run It In The Wild

You run it on your own work and see what it does.

THURSDAY, 17 SEP

Review and Next Steps

Review what happened and agree next steps.

This is for founders who haven’t used Claude seriously yet, or aren’t sure it applies to them. No prerequisite. If you’ve already decided you want in, skip this and go straight to Bootstrap.

Who’s in the room

One facilitator, already running the system.

Mark Littlewood
Founder, Business of Software

Mark has run Business of Software for 19 years, two annual conferences, more than 400 practitioner talks, and a community of founders building software companies that last. He has spent that time working out what actually separates the businesses that make it from those that don’t. This workshop is built on the same principle as every BoS event: helping entrepreneurs build better businesses alongside other smart people.

Common questions

What’s included in the workshop fee?
Two two-hour sessions – 10 + 17 September, 4pm UK / 11am ET. Access to core systems and workshop materials.
You will leave with a working system you can run in your business right away.

How is this different from an AI tools course?
This is not a tools course. It won’t teach you prompting basics or help you choose between platforms. It is about building the operating system underneath your tools, the documented rules, values, decision boundaries, and memory that allow anything you delegate to actually run without you holding it together. There are no paid speaker slots, no frameworks being sold, no sponsor content. The cohort is capped at 12 because peer quality and challenge are part of what you’re paying for, not a marketing tactic.
