You will come prepared with a list of the top three issues you think you face in your situation currently and why you think they matter. Over two online sessions involving explanation, group discussion and exercises, you will work through a process to help you focus on the things that will have the most impact on your business.

This BoS Masterclass will take place in two 2-hour sessions. You will be also be set approx 1 hour of work to be completed before the first session.
