Stefano Mastrogiacomo will be leading a breakout session at BoS Conf Spring.Online 26-27 April on the topic: “Tips and Tricks for Using Digital Tools for Better Teamwork.”
Effective in-person, or remote, teamwork rarely just happens. It often requires work, effort, and deliberate focus.
You’ll know this if you’ve ever tried to solve or improve teamwork issues by trying a new tool. Be it a “whiteboard and stickies” or a “Slack and Google doc” situation, teamwork tools require process and skill.
But who has time to read the manual?
What you will learn
Stefano co-authored High-Impact Tools for Teams which explains five powerful tools to boost team performance and psychological safety in teams.
Stefano believes people, not processes, are usually the cause of project success or failure. He spends his time designing and experimenting with new tools to manage conflict better and navigate internal politics.
In Stefano’s session, he will share ideas that will help you collaborate more effectively in a remote world and that will also survive the move back to the office.
