Kristie grew up in a ‘sales’ house. Her dad was the owner of a real estate company, mother a top 10% real estate agent and brother a successful Account Executive. Sales is in her blood.

Her sales career started at Gainsight where she created their first SDR team and then Brighttalk. For the past 20+ years, she has worked with small and mid-size companies, helping them expand their teams and grow their revenue.

Kristie brings over two decades of experience growing B2B SaaS startups and sales teams through hands-on coaching & consulting. Her specialties span sales process development, new business growth, customer retention, hiring top talent, and leadership coaching for founders and sales leaders. She’s the author of Selling Your Way IN, a blueprint empowering sales professionals to own their income and life.

Kristie grew up in Kansas and is a die-hard Jayhawk fan.
