In this brand new talk, just for BoS, Claire explores how AI, while powerful, can subtly erode core leadership skills such as judgment, trust-building, and human connection.
Drawing on real-world examples, she challenges leaders to rethink their relationship with AI, not as a replacement, but as a tool for enhancing curiosity, clarity, and communication. Claire offers a fresh, actionable framework for leading effectively in AI-augmented environments.
This talk will help you how to recognize when AI is a crutch versus a catalyst. You will learn clear, practical ways to lead more thoughtfully, build stronger relationships, and maintain humanity in an increasingly automated workplace.
