We’re tempted to make all the participants in this workshop log in remotely from the hotel room, cafe or mountain top of their choice. Even remote workers appreciate the chance to spend time together though so we’ve got comfy chairs all set up.
A very informal session to share challenges, ideas and best practices for building a company where remote teams are a thing. Whether you’re running a totally distributed team of digital nomads, have a hybrid office/remote worker set up or a company where everyone is sitting in one building but you want to understand how a remote working set up could make a difference in the future, come with questions and an open mind.
Facilitated by YouCanBookMe CEO, Bridget Harris and Balsamiq CEO, Peldi who took part in a fascinating discussion with us on this very topic earlier in the year, you should expect an honest, open and frank discussion about some of the pros and cons of working with distributed teams. Please don’t expect Bridget and Peldi to dictate, ‘the right way’, to work remotely. They will have as many questions as answers, but you will be connecting with people who are already sharing their ideas about remote working remotely.
